Life is a blessing and I am thankful to God to be ALIVE another year to experience, learn, grow, and most importantly, LOVE. I had a dear friend of mine pass away last year, 30 days after turning 30. I think about all the little things in life that I enjoy and I think about how this person is not here anymore to experience those little pleasures. I guess what I’m trying to say is that every moment of life should be lived to the absolute fullest! The older that I am getting, the easier I find it to release what doesn’t satisfy my heart and soul. Truly.
One area of my life that I’ve struggled with for decades has to be self-acceptance. I’m not sure where this issue started, but boy did it consume me. I constantly strive for growth. I’ve been working really hard on this and I’m happy to say that I am at a time in my life where I believe in me. I could just shout it from a rooftop! This has changed me completely. I am more confident, driven and passionate about life. If anyone reading this right now struggles with self-esteem, self-confidence and self-acceptance, know that YOU WILL come out the other end. Work on yourself every day, little by little and one day you’ll wake up and realize that you’ve always been enough, just as you are. Be proud of yoursefl. xx
I want to thank my husband, my son Izek, my parents, close friends, and my internet family for making my day so special. I am so grateful to be surrounded by people who love me. I love you!
